Juanita Silvis, 94, of Fayetteville, went to be with the Lord July 12, 2017 in Fayetteville. She was born October 28, 1922 in Madison County to Arnold and Elsie Harwood Sikes. Juanita was a charter member of Fayetteville Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, babysitting grandchildren, gardening, crocheting and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlie Silvis; parents, one brother and one sister.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Silvis and wife, Jeannie of Fayetteville and Lonnie Silvis and wife, Becky of Farmington; 4 grandchildren, Shelly Silvis Bailey and husband, Eric, Tracy Silvis and wife, Kayla, Todd Silvis and wife, Aimee and Charles Silvis and wife, Suzi; 8 great-grandchildren, Ashton Gajevsky and husband, Kevin, Ben Silvis, Adam Silvis, Ella Silvis, Landon Bailey, Lindley Bailey, Sophie Silvis and Judd Pleimann.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 17, 2017 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 2-4 P.M. at the funeral home.

So very sorry. Lots of great memories of Juanita. First of all she love the Lord Jesus Christ, family, Her church home, Dallas Cowboys & she was a fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. Prayers for all her family & friends.
