Julie Marie Osburn, 53, of Elkins passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018, 11:15 AM, at her home.  She was born March 3, 1965 in Omaha, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mildred Stilger, Todd Wray, Rick Osburn and her brother, John Sothman.

Julie is survived by her son, Charlie Osburn and his wife, Jessi; a sister, Sharon Lebine; her brother, Monte Sothman; and stepchildren, Courtney and Ashley.

A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the Brannon Mountain Church with Randy Osburn and Ray Shackelford officiating.
