Lee C. Kulish, 93, of Elkins, Arkansas, passed away at home on September 3, 2022. He was born in Michigan to Leo and Laura Kulish. As an adult he left Michigan, which he referred to as “Lower Siberia”, and headed west with his family for many adventures in sunny California, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.

He is survived by those he loved, Frances, his wife of 70 years; their three daughters and two sons, Rachel Adams (Tommy), Ramona Ladue (Frenchy), Michelle Kulish (Randy Wells), Michael Kulish (Mary), Kurt Kulish (Patricia); four grandchildren, Marisa Ladue (Jacob), Marla Ladue (Christian Alexander), Atlas Kulish, Zara Kulish; one great-grandson, Alex Ladue; one sister, Genevieve Majeski; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved St. Bernard, Liebchen, who was always nearby and waiting to ride with him in the farm truck.

He was a driver for Greyhound Bus Lines out west for 25 years and then Razorback Transit in Fayetteville for 20 years. He was also a cattle farmer throughout most of his life. His lifelong Catholic faith was his comfort and strength. And he gave his children the gift of being raised in a Godly home.

A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

I worked with Lee at Razorback Transit. He was always very nice to the other drivers and, I think, he continued to work, because he knew he was a an asset. He was.

Mr. Lee was a model for emulation when it came to being a professional driver, He was always cordial and personable. I admired his pleasant demeanor, The memories of Mr Lee will forever be a part of the positive experiences I shared with him when I was a supervisor at Razorback Trannsit.

I extend my love and condolences to his family,
