Linda Annette Osburn, 73, of Fayetteville, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026 in Fayetteville. She was born January 15, 1953 in Fayetteville to Jay Lawson Osburn, Sr and Dorothy Mae Smith.
She was a graduate of Fayetteville High School. Linda attended Center Street Church of Christ and retired from Black Hills Energy.
Linda is survived by a brother Jay Lawson Osburn, Jr and wife Judy; nephew Jay Lawson Osburn III and wife Ashley (and their two daughters Calynn and Lynlee Osburn); nephew Matthew Scott Osburn; and nephew Luke Anthony Osburn and wife Meredith.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 4-6 PM Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.

Linda and I were very close in our 2 to14 or 15 years, first cousins who wore grama’s yard out playing and romping around. This is sad for me. I have so many fond memories, loved her dearly. A fantastic caring human being. Love you Linda, your cousin Mike.
I worked with Linda several years when I worked for AWG and she worked for SWN. She always had the prettiest smile and was such a positive person. Gone way too soon. Prayers for her family.
