It is with great sorrow that we announce that Lorraine Ethel Nash, age 84, of Fayetteville Arkansas, died on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. She was born April 9, 1938 in Elmhurst, Illinois to mother Myrtle Olson Benson and father Bruce Benson.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert W Nash and a sister Karen Benson Flannigan.
She is survived by a daughter Elizabeth and her husband Jeffery McCollum; a son Coleman and his wife Diana Nash; a daughter Bonnie and her husband John Rhine; a son Hugh Nash; and a sister Marjorie Benson Fox. She is grandma to 7 and great-grandma to 13.
A visitation is scheduled for Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 2pm- 4pm at Beard’s Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
Her service will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 26, 2022 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Mt. Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville.

Lorraine was one of God’s angels long before our heavenly Father summoned her home. She was one of the most thoughtful people I have had the privilege to know. Her kindness had no limits She will be missed by family and friends more than ever.
Her work was done here on earth… she leaves behind a job well done.
