Lyle Randall “Randy” Smith, passed away October 20, 2021 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born December 30, 1963, in Pine Bluff, AR.
Randy was reared and educated in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School. He attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, earning a degree in Political Science and Philosophy. He attended law school and was on the Law Review.
Randy was a former member of the Boys Scouts of America, Troop 106, advancing to the rank of Eagle Scout. He loved music and movies and had a fondness for cats.
He was employed at the McKinnon Law Firm at the time of his death, having previously been employed by Union Pacific Railroad.
Randy is survived by his loving wife, Mille; mother, Charlene “Kitten” Smith; sister, Peggy Smith Hart (Gene); and niece and nephew, Piper and Adam Hart, all of Fayetteville. Randy’s wishes were to be cremated and to have a private burial at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle M. Smith; paternal grandparents, Elder John Lee and Delma Wall Smith; maternal grandparents, Charles M. and Maggie Jane “Peggy” Asberry; three uncles, two aunts, and one first cousin.
