When storms came, Curtis and I always knew we might wake up to find Marge on our living room divan, asleep. She felt more secure there than she did at her house where there were big trees that might be uprooted. She was welcome and she knew it. May she find that safe place in heaven where she will never have to be afraid, again.

I was saddened today to learn of Margie’s passing. She was my fun loving childhood friend when our families lived near each other and we continued our friendship for many years as we moved into adulthood. She had children before we did, and we adored her three youngsters. I remember some special times when she and Kent and Lynn and I went to Little Rock to visit her Aunt Alta and Uncle Orval. In recent years our paths have not crossed often, but I have sweet memories of Marge, her brothers and sister, and her children. Our sympathy to you at this time of saying goodbye. May God comfort you.
