MooreMary Lue Moore, 83, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017 in Fayetteville. She was born August 23, 1933 in Bella Vista to Charles and Beckie Johnson McCool.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Max Moore and a brother, Charles A. McCool.

At the age of 16, she was an office cashier for Walton’s 5&10 and then went on to work for Walmart for 15-20 years. She was also a Star Route Carrier for the Fayetteville Post Office.

She is survived by her children, daughter, DeAnna Stokes and husband, Earl of Greenland, son, Jimmy Moore and wife, Brooke of West Fork and daughter, Vickie Hopkins of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Kelly Hopkins and wife, Mirinda of Springdale, Preston Stokes and wife, Amy of Springdale and Samantha Robinson and husband, Clint of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren, Alissa, Lyla, Rayne and Rylee.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Bentonville Cemetery with Tom Lundstrum officiating under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 P.M. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mary M. Moore Memorial Fund at First Security Bank.
