I know you will miss her , we will also. I remember how faithful she always was to her husband. Even as a young lady , I always admired her devotion and care for him. She always had a smile and no complaints . She and my dad had a hard road to travel in our growing up days.

Now I know they are all together. singing all the beautiful songs of praise they loved. I have one of her CD’s . She plays the piano and sings .It is beautiful.

    Your friends

Hello Kids. Your Mom was always a very special person to me as I was growing up. Her devotion and care for you (and me) made a lasting remembrance. Over the years since I moved away I saw her only occasionally…but I thought of her often. She will remain in my heart until we meet again in heaven.
    Love to all of you.

I had the pleasure of working with Alice at Levi Strauss. She was such a sweet lady. She will be missed. I remember when Alice’s husband passed away. Alice learned to drive after that. A lady of determination. All were blessed that came in contact with Alice.

I am so sorry for your loss and so sorry that we could not be with you at Alice’s service. We just got back from the KC area visiting David’s father and brothers.
I enjoyed playing music with Alice for those many years at First Assembly. We were almost like one playing because I knew her style so well. She was a wonderful blessing to me. I know we all have our time to go to be with the Lord but it is not easy for us to release our loved ones.
May God’s peace be with you is my prayer.

We just heard today of Sis. Alice’s promotion to Glory. What an AMAZING lady of faith and grace. Sis. Alice served the Lord and church faithfully; it was our pleasure and honor to share the platform with her at First Assembly. Her musical gift enriched thousands of lives through the years. She taught us how to serve gracefully and humbly but with excellence. We loved her and will always treasure her investment in our lives.
Praying that your sadness can be mixed with the joy of the Lord and peace that passes understanding!

Alice was always so sweet and treated us just like we were her own. I always remember her singing and playing piano, reading “shaped ” notes. I enjoyed the time we were able to work together, sewing and visiting as we worked. Her unwavering faith in God and love and devotion to her family will be the legacy she leaves. Celebrating her “graduation ” and looking forward to the time we can all join her. I know you will miss your momma. Love and Prayers, Ron and Lois
