In Loving Memory: Nelson Verl Hency, Jr, 74, peacefully entered the presence of his Savior on July 3, 2026. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and faithful follower of Jesus Christ whose life was marked by unwavering love, hard work, and selfless sacrifice.
He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Verl was one of the most faithful men that I know! He loved his family, and his church, and his friends. You just knew you could count on him to be there for you, whatever you needed. I count it a privilege to call him a friend! He will be greatly missed by his family and all those who knew him.
I am grateful that I will get to see him again one day, because I know he loved the Lord and is with Him now!
