Patsy Ann Blackwell, 74, of Elkins died May 6, 2016 in Elkins. She is survived by her children, John Blackwell, James Blackwell, David Blackwell, Paul Blackwell and Rebecca Stephens as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 5-7 P.M. at Beard’s Funeral Chapel. No formal services are planned.
I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there. I would like to see each of you again it has been a very long time. But I haven’t forgotten you all.
