Ralph E. Phelps, Jr., 69 of Fayetteville passed on to be with the angels on March 25, 2013 in Fayetteville. He was born March 31, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ralph Edward and Betty Stitt Phelps.
Survived by his wife of 31 years, Judy A. Phelps of the home; his mother, Betty Phelps and his daughter, Tammie Phelps of Fayetteville; his sisters, Madeline Baskin and husband, Joe of Chambersburg, PA and Kathleen Potts and husband, Charles W. of Scottsdale, AZ; 3 nieces and 2 nephews; 3-sons and 1-adopted son and 1-step-grandson of Fayetteville.
A family gathering will be from 5~7 PM Thursday at Beard’s Funeral Chapel and service at 10:00 AM Friday, March 29, 2013 at the funeral home.
