Robert Cody, 73, of West Fork, died February 15, 2019 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home. He was born December 4, 1945 in Trona, CA to James V. and Virginia Rita Shafer Cody.
Robert retired from Campbell Soup after 19 years of service. Robert was an avid bowler, bowling several 300 games. Besides his love for bowling, he was a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters.
Robert is survived by his wife, Patricia McCoy Cody whom he married September 18, 1964; son, Robert Cody and wife, Nicole of Springdale; two daughters, Rhonda Adams and husband, Tim of West Fork and Gina McLeod and husband, Chris of Springdale; brother, Jimmy Cody of Bakersfield, CA; and sister, Mary Jo Morain of Bakersfield, CA; seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.
