Nick/Karen,
So sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. I really enjoyed getting to know him.
I must tell you, when I listed his house I was fairly new to the Real Estate business. After the process that we went through to get it sold, I felt like a seasoned veteran. I put what I learned to work each and every day.
I will never forget the conversations we had around the kitchen table! Im thankful that I had the opportunity to be around him!

So sorry to hear about Bob. We were classmates. We also lived around the corner from each other when we first moved to Grinnell. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Bob was a good friend and a great guy. Sandy and I miss the gatherings we had with Bob. Were glad he is not hurting anymore. Hope both of you are doing good. Love Bob and Sandy Wilkins
The loss of a dear loved one is a heavy burden. May family and friends comfort one another at this time and be comforted in knowing that the Father of tender mercies truly cares and feels your pain. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
