Robert Raymond Lancaster, 51, of Greenland, AR passed away on December 8, 2025 in Fayetteville, AR.
Robert is survived by his loving wife Carrie Lancaster of Fayetteville, AR. Robert was a devoted husband and a loving son of Linda and Bruce Lancaster of Greenland, AR. Robert was a loving father to his son, Sean Lancaster and daughter, Ashton Lancaster and her fiance Kenton Montgomery of Fayetteville, AR.
He is survived by his sister Courtney and Greg Dold of Greenland, AR; his nieces and nephews, Sadie, Shay, Ireland, and Josiah. Robert was a loving stepdad to Allie Jones, Shelby Wilson, Jordan Reed and their husbands Nathan, Elijah, and Colton. His joy came from playing with his grandchildren Emma, Kennedy, Story, Jentry, Turner, Kash, and Kitchel.
Robert worked and served at the City of Fayetteville for 25 years with his last position being Water/Sewer Capital Projects Inspection Manager. He loved making his co-workers laugh and teaching them the importance of hard work.
Robert loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was fond of a good nap and pestering his wife endlessly. Most importantly, Robert Lancaster loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and because of this we know that one day we will be reunited with him again in glory.
Visitation will be at Ridgeview Baptist Church, 1850 E Huntsville Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72701, Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 5-7 PM.
A celebration of life service will be held Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Ridgeview Baptist Church.

Robert was a very kind and loving person. Growing up around him, hauling trash and working he was always so uplifting and kind. He will be missed dearly.
The Nabholz crew he worked with sends their condolences, he was a wonderful person to be around and made the days easier to bare. Robert was unique and always had a wonderful attitude. He will be missed greatly and remembered forever.

Oh my sweet Bubba it’s hard to put into words all the things you were to me through the years; my only sibling, my buddy, my tormentor, my protector and my friend. I love you more than you’ll ever know and already the loss seems overwhelming at times. I know that you professed Jesus as your Lord and Savior so we will be apart for a few years but praise God we will see each other for eternity after this. I’ll miss you every day until that time comes.
