Sandra Cordrey, 76, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at her home. She was born July 21, 1946 in Springfield, MA to Charles and Rubye Robards.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Sam Cordrey in 2019.

Sandra worked for Tyson Foods for 20 years. She made everyone around her feel special. Everything with her was about family. Friends and family were an extension of her.

She was a wife to Samuel Cordrey, mother of three, grandmother of six, and great-grandmother to seven. Known to many as “Aunt Sandy” and a two-time cancer survivor who lived a full and amazing life with her family and friends being at the center of it all.

Sandra is survived by her three children and their spouses, Jeff Williams, Tiffany Stills (Shane) and Nichole Stills (Shawn); her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Charlotte Robards; her grandchildren, Lauren Easley, Blake Stills, Eric Stills, Clint VanPoucke, Cole Stills, and Derek Stills; and her great-grandchildren, Parker Easley, Piper Easley, Emerson Stills, Kolby Stills, Evelyn Stills, Lynnlee Stills, and Leighton Stills.

Funeral services will be 12:30 PM Friday, January 6, 2023 at Beard’s Chapel. Interment will follow in the Fayetteville National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 until service-time on Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Regional National Cemetery Improvement Corp, P.O. Box 4221, Fayetteville, AR 72702.

    Sandra was my neighbor from the time she moved to Arkansas. She and Sam were so good to us before my husband died in 2012 and from that day forward she has never stopped looking after me after Sandra is gone,the children are watching after me.
