Shirley Mae Colunga, 80, of Fayetteville, died February 8, 2025 in Fayetteville. She was born March 3, 1944 in Proctor, Oklahoma to John P. and Letha Louisa Vaughn Walters.
Shirley retired from Campbell Soup.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Rudolfo Colunga; daughter Sheila Thornsberry; three brothers; three sisters; and son-in-law James Delaney.
She is survived by two sons, Randall Collins and wife Carmen of Springdale and Chase Thornsberry of Fayetteville; two daughters, Regina Delaney of Park Hill, OK and Julie Honea and husband David of Fayetteville; one brother, Ricky Don Walters of Idaho; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow at 2:00 PM after the service on Wednesday at Proctor Cemetery in Proctor, Oklahoma.
