Teresa Lynne (Stephens) Phelps arrived in this world on February 10, 1963 in Kansas City, Kansas and walked the golden path to be with the Lord and family of angels on November 6, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her parents George and Mary Stephens; her brother Bryan Stephens; three nieces; and two great-nieces.
Teresa graduated from West Fork High School in 1981. She enjoyed cooking, sitting on the porch listening to the sound of her wind chimes while spending-time with her pet Miss Kitty. Teresa loved watching old tv shows and movies. She was an avid Candy Crush player, but above all, she loved spending-time with her grandbabies. They were her world. Teresa enjoyed making her granddaughter Gabbie strawberry shortcake. She loved when family came together. One of her favorite times was when all the siblings would come together and have lunch or even family outings. Nothing meant more to her than family itself. She will be missed by many but loved by all.
She is survived by many family members: daughter Jenny Hall and husband Ryan of West Fork; son Matt Wier of West Fork; two sisters, Dee Jordan and husband Steve of Rogers, and Georgia Lane and husband Dwayne of Clifty; three brothers, Mark Stephens and wife Lee of Grove, OK, Daniel Stephens and wife Jackie of West Fork, and Matt Stephens of Rogers; 7 granddaughters, Dellanie Wier of West Fork, Breana Wier of Rogers, Cloe Wier of Rogers, Alissa Wier of West Fork, Fanessa Wier of West Fork, Gabbie Wier of West Fork, and Allison Hall of Fayetteville; 3 grandsons, Ethan Schaefer of Huntsville, Justin Hall and wife Jennie of West Fork, and Logan Hall of West Fork; 2 great-grandsons; 1 great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.

Interment will follow in Baptist Ford Cemetery in Greenland, AR.

I am missing my beautiful sister and daily prayer partner! She was such a witness and reminder of God’s unconditional love! She loved deeply Jesus and her family. Now she celebrates with Him and many loved ones for eternity! We as a family are not saying bye, but “Until we meet again!” 🙏🕊️🙏💐🙏🕯️
