“Tilli” Matilda L. Phelps, 33, of Fayetteville departed this life on May 17, 2014 at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born May 3, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Allan Brimacombe, Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Phelps of Fayetteville; mother, Patty Brimacombe of Fayetteville; 3 brothers, Jason Miser, Thomas Brimacombe and John Brimacombe, Jr.; sister, Patty Ann Brimacombe and baby girl.
A memorial service will be held in Fayetteville on Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 3:00-5:00 P.M. at Sugartree Apartments #29 in the courtyard.

Tilli has been my soul-sister for 20yrs. We have been enemies, friends, lovers, and sisters. I am not sure how I will get by without her. But she will NEVER be forgotten. And she will ALWAYS be LOVED. I will miss you til I see you again TayTay…
I am so sorry this happened. All i keep thinking is, she was so young. We were the same age, and believe me that is nerve wracking enough to think about. I will pray that you find peace, and know she truly isn’t suffering anymore.

Tilli was my best friend we had our problems but we always worked it out I just found out she was gone I’ve been in prison. I fell apart when I found out she will truly never be forgotten & always missed dearly
I just found out Till I is gone. She was way too young. My sister and I used to hang out when we were kids. Loved her like she was my sister, missing you girl. God Speed.
