Toby Kennett Chase was born November 19, 1950 in Tulsa, OK to William Kennett and Carla Mae (Rhoads) Chase. He grew up in Marshall, AR, and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1973 to attend the University of Arkansas. He was a Master Electrician for Campbell Soup/Pinnacle Foods for 36 years, even after retirement he continued to perform electrical work throughout the community.

Toby was loved by many friends and was always willing to help a neighbor. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing, hunting, camping, and riding ATV’s. One of his favorite activities was going on cruise vacations with his family. Toby was an exceptional cook and grill master. He was a hard worker and there was nothing he couldn’t fix or do when he put his mind to it. He was known for his lending hand, infectious smile, and kind spirit.

Toby is preceded in death by his father and mother of Marshall, AR. He is survived by his son Adam William Chase and daughter-in-law Lynley Beth Chase and his daughter Tesa Marie Chase. Toby was a proud grandfather to one grandson Landree Ray Chase and two granddaughters Adalynn Pearl Chase and Annistyn Claire Chase. Toby has two brothers Monty Chase and wife Beth and Perry Chase and wife Helen. He also has four sisters Sue Williamson and late husband Dave, Peggy Spurlock, Robin Triplett and husband Larry, and Billie Walters and husband Kenny. Toby also had many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 5:00 PM at Beard’s Funeral Chapel located at 855 South Happy Hollow Rd, Fayetteville.
