My condolences to the family. My father, Joe Fraley, was a fireman. I have many fond memories of the men that served our city during those years. Prayers for comfort during this difficult time.

Condolences to the family of Troy. I “inherited” him when I became Chief of the Fire Department in
1985, but thoroughly enjoyed the few years I got to work with him before he took his retirement.
He really knew fire suppression, especially aircraft fire suppression, and taught me a lot as I was
pretty much a novice when it came to that area of the job. I will remember Troy as one of the guys
it was a pleasure to get to work with.
