William “Billy” Phelps, 45, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 in Fayetteville. He was born April 18, 1974 in Tuscumbia, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Fred Mayuiers; stepfather, John Carpenter; father, Ralph Phelps, Jr; and wife, Matilda Phelps.
Billy enjoyed classic cars, music, fishing, taking walks and checking on his mother.
He is survived by his mother, Judy Hope Jones of Fayetteville; his children, Nikki Glass, Brandon Phelps of Marble, AR and Kyla Phelps of Fayetteville; and three brothers, Glen and Oren Skelton and Charles Carpenter.
Billy will be missed by all of us who love him.
