William Joseph Sheeler, 89, of Fayetteville died June 26, 2020 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born December 10, 1930 in Hooversville, PA to Carl and Helen Hydock Sheeler.
William was a retired Project Coordinator for Aircraft Parts Company. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and caring for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Helen Hydock Sheeler, two sisters, Sister Fidelis and Nancy Barlet and one brother, Frank Sheeler.
William met the love of his life, Linda in 1964 whom he loved and cherished to the fullest. They moved to Fayetteville, AR with their children, Michael Sheeler and wife Syreeta, former daughter-in-law Catherine Sheeler and family, Tony Sheeler and wife Terry and Kimberly Broyles and husband John. He is further survived by his sister Joann Moya, his grandchildren, Ana Stansell, Aundrea Sheeler, Elizabeth Sheeler, William Clevenger, Ashley Broyles, Robert Gillis and Christy Loneman.
Funeral services will be 12:30 PM Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel, burial will follow at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. at Beard’s Funeral Chapel, 855 S. Happy Hollow Rd, Fayetteville, AR.
